We’ll Take the Points!

Welcome back!
The Nadoes are back from an extended holiday and in the hunt for a semi final position! After seven weeks off, the Nadoes were spotted all over SA, Plett, Sparrowbosch and some in or flying over parts of Betty’s Bay Fynbos!!! We all however returned hungry for another emphatic victory to get the second part of the season off to a great start!

Running out against Marquad who have yet to win a match, confidence was up and we started well, but all the boozing caught up with us and our hands and fitness let us down.. We did however show how and why the Nadoes are such a feared and respected opposition… With massive hits in the midfield (Paki winning bit hit award for the second game in a row) and solid forward play (Iron Giant winning man of the match) the Nadoes continue to draw the crowds…

The use of the Squad system again came into play using all our resources, with the youngsters continuing to perform ie: Great tries by Shaun and Brett!!! Some might say it was a bit of a scrappy game to start but we went away with four tries and a bonus point…Therefore the result being: A job well done!

Did I mention that we are the only Unbeaten team in the league!

With four more Wednesday games in a row and two make up games on Sundays we are in for a good hard slog to end the league matches. The Nadoes have a lot of running rugger to play and the vibe in the Nadoes camp is like no other! The way guys get stuck in, be it in the change-room, Betty’s bay, Plett, Knysna Half and obviously on the field, shows why we are regarded as the best team in the League!

Remember gentleman we still have to go to practice on Mondays at 17h00 if we want to play in Wednesday s games. If you cant make it Management must be informed.. team selections will be up Tuesday mornings on the site, under Match Squad.. The bottom line is keep us informed!!

Keep up the good work Nadoes because we are creating a team, a franchise, a legacy that will go on forever!
