Playing For Each Other!

The title pretty much sums it up for me. Last week we were a little disjointed and seemed to be playing as individuals and not as a team. Well that all changed on Wednesday night as the Nadoes came together and were for the first time this season Playing For Each other! What a pleasure!

With another star performance, a player from the front row has stolen the show! Sean has shown a good run of form of late. Scoring tries in consecutive matches and now winning the coveted Man of the Match award. With all the experience around him this man is showing through guts, determination and excellent general play the youngsters won’t sit by and let the old dogs steal the show! A big U cha cha to the Future of Nadoes rugby. Stu Mc stood up to take the Big Lick with Andrew M, Paki and Renzo hot on his heals. Jed and Drew shared the prestigious Lady in Red award and last but not least, Frank the Tank (Jared) Became a Nadoe in emphatic style.

Only four more games till the semi finals. One of them being against arguably the most arrogant sides in the league, Moles. A lot talk has been heard from these newcomers shouting their mouth off and saying they are going to clean the Nadoes with Ease.. A little warning to these Kooks, “Be careful what you wish for it might come back to haunt you!? Nadoes played 6 won 6!

In torrential down pours unnecessary handling errors were cut down and general play was lifted up a few gears. We dominated possession for most of the game and were unlucky not to be awarded a try by the underground winger Mole Man Hobson, as a replay on the video clearly shows it to be a try. In the end after eventually electing to have a shot at poles Jed put the Nadoes ahead to finish deserved winners.

Nadoes lets not get complacent we still have 4 more games to play before the semis so that means everyone is expected to be at practice on Mondays and on time on Match days. Old man Mo (momentum) seems to be rolling in the Nadoes Favour lets use it and Finnish strong.
